Mall Walking Program
Walden Galleria opens early for your convenience to enjoy walking the center prior to stores opening. 7am-10am Sunday through Saturdays. Join your friends and neighbors at Walden Galleria for healthful walking at your own pace in climate controlled comfort.
Clothing Donation Station
Do you have old or ruined clothes taking up space in your closet or drawer? Donate them to someone in need at our donation station located near EFX Currency Exchange on the upper level across form Macy’s. All clothing materials are distributed to the Coalition for Donated Goods in WNY which decides if clothes can be re-sold or recycled.
Fundraising Events
Non-profit groups may request space within the mall to fundraise/promote their organizations. All groups must be certified non-profits/not-for-profits and submit proof of status to Mall Management. Additionally, all groups must be insured according to Walden Galleria’s requirements.
Accessibility
ADA accessible entrances and designated parking is available at every mall entrance. Automatic doors equipped at every main entrance. Wheelchairs available free of charge. Reserved special needs washrooms. All service dogs allowed.

Parental Escort Policy (PEP) – MB-18
Walden Galleria has a parental escort policy seven days a week from 4:00pm until close, daily. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 years of age or older. All guests should be prepared to show valid identification (with picture and date of birth) such as a driver’s license, state identification card, military ID, passport or visa.
*MB-18 does not apply to stores with exterior entrances

Mall Equipment
Escalators are under video surveillance. Any misuse, malicious action, or purposeful neglect of safety standards in place for this or similar equipment will result in personal liability, criminal charges and payment for damages.

General Parking Information
The parking area is private property and is intended for the use of mall guests, visitors and employees. Vehicles must be parked in legal designated spaces. Bus Tour Group parking is located in the Yellow parking area near the 5-level parking ramp. Violators are subject to tickets and/or towing. Unauthorized overnight parking is not permitted and is also subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Authorization for overnight parking can be obtained by contacting Walden Galleria Security.
Personal Possessions & Property
For the security of Walden Galleria’s guests and your own personal possessions, please do not leave purses, shopping bags and other items unattended. Please be considerate of your surroundings and the personal property of other guests and mall tenants.
Should you come across such items, Lost & Found is located at the Security Office on the upper level near DSW. We encourage everyone to report any missing or lost items to this location. If you would like to inquire about a lost or missing item, please call the Security Office.
Conduct
Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, or which interferes with and/or endangers business or guests is prohibited. Walden Galleria management reserves the right to remove any groups or guests violating our code of conduct. Such conduct may include, but is not limited to:
